Carpet Cleaning
Our system injects air into the cleaning solution rather than soaking the carpet, so soil lifts out instead of being driven deeper. Up to 95% of the solution is extracted and hauled away with us. Your carpet dries quickly and keeps its manufacturer warranty.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Grout is porous and it holds onto everything. A mop pushes soil around; it does not pull it out. Our four step process loosens the soil with a neutral pH degreaser, scrubs every grout line individually, extracts everything out to the van, then treats the stubborn stains with an acid based cleaner.

Indoor air pollution is linked to sinusitis, allergies and asthma. We pull years of dust, mold, pollen and debris out of your HVAC system using blasting ball technology that cannot damage the vents.
Low moisture cleaning keeps soil at the surface, prevents color run and yellowing, and gets the furniture usable again fast. Velvets and Haitian cottons are no problem.
Rugs vary enormously in construction and material. We read the wear patterns, staining and overall condition first, then choose the right method. Scotchgard protection available.
