Tile & Grout Cleaning
Grout is porous, and it holds onto everything. A mop pushes soil around; it does not pull it out. Our four step process does.
The four step process
- Loosen. A neutral pH degreaser goes down to break up soil, grease, residue and other contaminants on the tile and grout.
- Scrub. While the degreaser works, we scrub every grout line individually with specially designed brushes. Edges and baseboards get scoured too.
- Extract. A high powered turbo extractor rinses the floor thoroughly, with all the waste going out to the tank in our van.
- Treat the stubborn stains. An acid based cleaner designed for difficult stains and embedded soil goes on, followed by another full rinse.
We recommend sealing
Sealing the grout, done by hand, puts a stain and moisture barrier on the grout that keeps the floor cleaner for longer. Worth it.

Many of our customers are in Elk Grove Village, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates and the other northwest suburbs.
