This is a multi step process which involves using neutral ph degreasers to loosen soil, grease, residue and other contaminants on the tile and grout. While this is on the surface, we use specially designed brushes to individually scrub all grout lines. Edges and baseboards are also scoured. Then our high powered turbo extractor rinses the floor thoroughly out to our van waste tank.
We then use an acid based cleaner which is specially designed to remove difficult stains and soils from the tile and grout. Again we rinse the floor leaving it sparkling clean.
We highly recommend sealing the grout. This is done by hand and will provide a stain and moisture barrier on the grout keeping the floor cleaner, longer.
